Government Scholarships

CHED-TDP Scholarship
This P15,000 scholarship is for high school and college students who have at least a passing general weighted average (GPA) and whose parents/guardians have a combined annual gross income of not more than P400,000.00.

ESC Scholarship
The ESC Scholarship is for incoming seventh-grade, junior high school students. The ESC grant covers four years of junior high school (grades 7–10). There are 105 slots offered by PEAC for incoming seventh-grade enrollees with an ESC grant of P11,000.

SHS Voucher Program
Incoming 11th-grade senior high school students may qualify for this scholarship. Students may enroll in a non-DepEd senior high school of their choice. The financial assistance (in the form of a voucher) covers the cost of tuition and other school fees.

STUFAP
Poor and deserving incoming college freshmen who will be graduating from senior high school may apply for this scholarship. Scholarships may come in the following modalities: scholarships, grants-in-aid, or student loans.

UNIFAST
Students enrolled in their undergraduate (college) program subject to the admission and retention policies of the Higher Education Institution qualify for this scholarship. Grantees enrolled in CHED-Recognized Programs of Private High Education Institutions may earn P16,000.

Cebu City Sugbo Scholarships
Qualified beneficiaries in Cebu City who wish to pursue college-level studies may apply for these tuition scholarships of P10,000 per semester.

AFP Scholarship Program
The AFP scholarship program is offered to dependents of personnel in the Armed Forces of the Philippines.

SCIT Scholarships

Academic Scholarship
Students in all grades may qualify for tuition discounts.

In addition, sixth-grade graduates enrolling in high school may earn the following scholarships:

  • With Highest Honors—100% Tuition
  • With High Honors—80% Tuition
  • With Honors—50% Tuition

Athletic Scholarship
Athletic scholarships are available for high school and college athletes (basketball, boxing, baseball, football, lawn or table tennis) with exemplary performance, as recommended by their coach or trainer.

Cardinal Vidal Scholarship
Valedictorians, salutatorians, and other senior high school graduates, with an average of 85% and above, and recommended by their school principal, parish priest, and/or Barangay captain may qualify for this scholarship.

Cultural Scholarship
Cultural scholarships are available to members of SCSIT’s dance troupe, choir, drum, and bugle corps, and Mr. and Ms. SCSIT, with exemplary performance, as recommended by the advisor or trainer.

Dance Troupe Scholarship
This is a cultural scholarship for junior, senior, and college students. Upon the recommendation of the coach or trainer, the award is subject to the president’s approval.

Loyalty Scholarship
High school graduates enrolling in college enjoy a year of scholarship.

Service-Oriented Scholarship (Working Scholars)
The service-oriented scholarships are for high school or college students who work in assigned offices within the school while going to school.

Singing Ambassadors Scholarship
This cultural scholarship for junior, senior, and college students, based on the recommendation of the coach or trainer, must be approved by the president.

Working Student Scholarship
The college-level working student scholarship is a service-oriented award, subject to the president’s approval.

Discounts

Academic Discounts
Academic discounts are available for valedictorians, salutatorians, and honor students of SCSIT (grades 2–11).

Sibling Discounts
Brothers and sisters enrolled in SCSIT receive sibling discounts.

Employee Discounts
Children, nephews, nieces, and grandchildren financially supported by SCSIT employees receive employee discounts.

Relatives of the SCSIT Founders, Engr. Doroteo M. Salazar and Mrs. Zenaida Salazar
This discount is available to deserving students upon the president’s approval.

Special Requests
This discount is available to deserving students upon the president’s approval.
