TESDA Programs

The “Technical Education and Skills Development Act of 1994” (TESDA) was signed into law by President Fidel V. Ramos on August 25, 1994. TESDA encourages industry, government, and technical-vocational institutions to take more interest in and devote more effort and funds to developing our country’s technical education and skills development.
